সারাদেশে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি: যে কোন পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে বাংলাদেশজুড়ে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য হবে না। অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ: অনলাইন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি/কুরিয়ার চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
নিজস্ব ও কুরিয়ার ডেলিভারি:
ঢাকা, গাজীপুর, রংপুর, চট্টগ্রাম, খুলনা শহরে আমাদের নিজস্ব কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়।
অন্যান্য শহরগুলোতে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হয়।
অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট:
কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য বিকাশ, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার, বা অনলাইন পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমে অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে।
ডেলিভারি সময়: অনলাইন অর্ডারে ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা ১-৩ দিন বা তারও বেশি হতে পারে।
পেমেন্ট কনফার্মেশন: পেমেন্ট কনফার্মেশনের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে, অন্যথায় স্টক শেষ হতে পারে বা মূল্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
স্টক না থাকলে: ক্রেতার সম্মতিতে পণ্য পরিবর্তন বা মূল্য ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
ফ্ল্যাটে সরাসরি ডেলিভারি: সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ রয়েছে, ক্রেতাকে বিল্ডিংয়ের মেইন গেট থেকে পণ্য গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
হোম ডেলিভারি উপলব্ধ এলাকা:
চট্টগ্রাম: আগ্রাবাদ, টাইগারপাস, চকবাজার, পতেঙ্গা, অক্সিজেনসহ নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় হোম ডেলিভারি পাওয়া যাবে।
গাজীপুর: জয়দেবপুর, বোর্ড বাজার, কোনাবাড়ি, জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, ভোগড়া বাইপাসসহ নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় হোম ডেলিভারি সুবিধা রয়েছে।
আন্তর্জাতিক পেমেন্ট:
যে কার্ড দিয়ে পেমেন্ট করা হয়েছে, তার প্রথম ও শেষ ৪ ডিজিটসহ স্বচ্ছ ছবি এবং কার্ডহোল্ডারের ন্যাশনাল আইডি/পাসপোর্ট/ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স এর ছবি আমাদের ইমেইল বা ফেসবুক পেজে পাঠাতে হবে।

Delivery Terms:
Nationwide Cash on Delivery: Cash on Delivery (COD) service is not available for any products across Bangladesh. Orders must be confirmed by making an advance payment.
Delivery Charges: Delivery/courier charges will apply for online orders.
Own and Courier Delivery:
Dhaka, Gazipur, Rangpur, Chattogram, Khulna: Products are delivered through our own courier service in these cities.
Other Cities: Delivery is completed through courier services in other cities.
Advance Payment:
For deliveries via courier, the full payment must be made in advance through bKash, bank transfer, or online payment to confirm the order.
Delivery Time: The delivery time for online orders is 1-3 days or more.
Payment Confirmation: Payment must be completed within 3 days of payment confirmation; otherwise, stock may run out or prices may change.
Out of Stock: If the product is out of stock, the product will be changed or a refund will be issued with the customer's consent.
Direct Delivery to Flat: Temporarily unavailable; customers must collect the product from the main gate of the building.
Home Delivery Available Areas:
Chattogram: Home delivery is available in specific areas including Agrabad, Tigerpass, Chawkbazar, Patenga, and Oxygen.
Gazipur: Home delivery is available in specific areas including Joydebpur, Board Bazar, Konabari, National University, and Vogra Bypass.
International Payment:
A clear picture of the card used for payment, showing the first and last 4 digits, along with a picture of the cardholder's National ID/Passport/Driving License, must be sent to our email or Facebook page.
EMI Facility: Not applicable.
Store Pickup:
Product booking is not confirmed without advance payment.
Products must be collected within 10 days of payment; otherwise, the order will be canceled.
Express Delivery Terms:
Only products in stock are eligible for express delivery.
Within Dhaka: Orders confirmed before noon will be delivered on the same day; otherwise, delivery will be made the next day.
Outside Dhaka: Products will be sent via courier within 24 hours.
Free delivery offers do not apply to express delivery.
